All samples must be paid for prior to dispatch by one of the methods set out in the 'How to Pay' section. Please complete the order form for the garments you require limiting the sample order to six garments, indicating 'samples' on the form and either mailing or faxing to us at the number indicated on this form. Where we appreciate that customers may prefer their own size as a sample, it should be noted that orders of garments for inspection in size 12 will usually solicit a faster response than some other sizes.
Should the garments be suitable, we suggest that you incorporate them into your order planning and only order the balance of garments required.
Delivery and Handling Charges
Where an order exceeding £250/€350 to a single delivery address within the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland is free, all lesser value deliveries will attract a charge of £6.50/€12.50 per delivery.
Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday during normal office hours usually within 28 days of payment, availability permitting. Should a customer require an express delivery, then the costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
Exchange and Refunds
If you require an exchange or refund on an unworn garment, please return it to: Corporate Wardrobe, Enterprise House, Balloo Industrial Estate, Bangor, Co. Down, BT19 7QT.
For Republic of Ireland: Corporate Wardrobe, 68 Applewood Main Street, Applewood Village, Swords, Co.Dublin.
The return should take place within 14 days of the initial receipt of the goods, in an unused and proper state and should be accompanied by a 'Clothing Returns Form' which will have been incorporated in your original delivery.
Prices
All our prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5% for the UK and are correct at time of going to press.
For Republic of Ireland customers Only: In the event of the client not having a valid EU-Vat-No, our prices will include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%
Where we shall make every effort to maintain prices throughout the lifetime of this brochure it may under exceptional circumstances be necessary to adjust them, up or down. Any price changes will be confirmed prior to accepting your order.
